About your back-care expert, Sara Hauber, MA
Sara Hauber is an excellent teacher, explaining the mechanics of the human body and movement with great examples and demonstrations, individualized attention, and so much expertise. And she makes it all fun while being super approachable and concerned about each student.
--Laura O., workshop participant

I am an American now living in Germany. I teach people all over the world, via workshops and 1-on-1 sessions, how to end back pain.
As a healthy lifestyle and functional movement specialist, I have empowered others to achieve long-term maintenance of healthy, pain-free lifestyle behaviors.
My areas of fitness expertise include back care, core training, joint health/injury prevention, functional movement, and modified yoga for people with back and joint pain/injury.
My graduate-school education and coach training primarily focused on empowerment, social support, and wellness coaching for the achievement of long-term health behavior change and maintenance of pain-free activities.
I have trained clients from age 22 to 78, with special needs (MS, arthritis, obesity, scoliosis, spinal fusion, post-partum), and from all walks of life.
