Who Developed the Hauber Method™?
I'm Sara Hauber, the founder of the Hauber Method™ program for healing back pain at home.
At age 17, I had massive spinal fusion for severe scoliosis, and I dealt with pain for years afterward. I explored and tried many options that people promised would end my pain, but I was frustrated to find no lasting relief. I was absolutely determined to figure out how to make my pain go away. |
So I threw myself into some serious research, and I finally found the key: functional strength and proper core training.
Everything that works to heal back pain can be done without equipment in the comfort of home!
I spent years fine-tuning this logical, progressive series of stretches and exercises that have actually worked to end my pain and keep it at bay for many years.
