What conditions does the Hauber Method™ help?
The exercises and stretches included in the Hauber Method™ program have been shown, time and again, to help people with the following symptoms or conditions:
The only disorders that are "iffy" regarding this program are
(1) spondylolisthesis, or "spondy," because the direction of the vertebral slippage may be exacerbated by the back-extension exercises included here; and
(2) chronic nerve pain that is not caused by muscular/postural imbalance.
If you have either of these conditions, be sure to check with your diagnosing physician about what physical activities are OK for your spine.
Everyone else, get on board!
Don't be scared. These exercises are extremely safe and effective when performed the way I teach them. Remember, they were designed by someone who has lived through surgery and pain and trauma.
This entire program was designed for bodies and minds just like yours!
